Tundra (Illegally separated from father for two years — even after her mother’s fraudulent abuse allegations were disproven in court, where her mother’s own filmed violence was revealed. California.)	Saraa Lee (Mother)	Saraa physically abused Tundra’s father for several years, during which she made death threats and repeatedly abducted Tundra in order to keep Troy in the relationship.
Tundra	John Negley (Mother’s Attorney)	In and out of court, Negley lied, gaslit, threatened, and provoked — all to enable Saraa’s abuse of Tundra and her father.
Tundra	William Redmond (Commissionar, Ventura County, CA)	Though overwhelming evidence forced Redmond to deny Saraa’s fraudulent request for a restraining order, he repeatedly made illegal, false, and illogical rulings/findings — all while actively trying to mask his illegality and bias/corruption.
Tundra	Dusty Kawai (Commissioner, Ventura County, CA)	Kawai did not even bother to hide his bias and/or corruption as he denied Troy the ability to speak at Tundra’s custody hearing, denied — without stating any reason — Troy’s motion to transfer the case to Los Angeles County, (where all parties lived), and illegally awarded Saraa retroactive child support.
Tundra	Jennifer Groce (Court-Appointed Child Attorney)	Groce refused to review evidence Troy offered to present her — then claimed in court that she simply hadn’t seen any evidence not from Saraa. Meanwhile, Groce has never once commented on Saraa’s filmed violence (which is, by itself, legal grounds for removing Tundra from Saraa).
Tundra	Jelisaveta Ellie Sweeney (Mother’s Attorney)	Sweeney has lied to multiple courts in support of her client’s ongoing child abuse. Most notably, she filed an appellate brief which was so full of lies and court rule violations that a motion to strike the brief was filed.
