Tundra is currently being abused by her mother, Saraa Lee, as well as members of Ventura County, California’s, family court.

Saraa targeted Tundra’s father, Troy Pasulka, with fraudulent restraining order litigation in 2021, 2022, and 2023. Each time, Saraa’s litigation was disproven and defeated. Meanwhile, Saraa’s own heinous physical abuse of Troy and Tundra has been documented on video (see below).

According to Section 3044 of California’s Family Code, Troy should have been given sole custody of Tundra. Instead, Commissioner Redmond illegally granted sole custody to Saraa. According to Section 6344 of California’s Family Code, Troy’s request that Saraa be ordered to pay his attorney’s fees should have been granted. It was denied. In June 2023, Troy appealed both of these illegal acts. That brief, plus related evidence, is presented below (See also: Troy’s June 2023 domestic violence litigation).

Also, Troy recently filed this complaint against various California attorneys and state court commissioners.

Troy’s brief begins by discussing Saraa’s April 2018 child abduction:

Troy’s brief provides additional details about Saraa’s admissions of these bolded claims — and her perjury concerning certain other matters related to her post-abduction Facebook post.

As soon Saraa she realized Troy had filed a custody case against her, she offered to end her child abduction — if Troy would drop the case. Saraa, a former social worker, probably knew that the abuse she had committed just prior to her abduction would come to light if that custody case proceeded to trial. This abuse included, for example, Saraa’s criminal acts of secretly filming Troy in their home, in a failed effort to frame his as abusive, repeated attempts to provoke Troy with child abductions done in his presence, and grabbing Troy’s throat (when he walked away from her as she made delusional allegations of infidelity — based purely on the fact that Troy had begun having video calls with several young women, as part of his new online tutoring service). Saraa alludes to these abusive acts and others in the following messages, which she sent as Troy as he began pulling out of the relationship due to Saraa’s abusive acts:

Troy’s brief quotes Troy’s testimony concerning Saraa’s childhood trauma and her resulting psychological disorders. (Such things were only revealed to Troy after he agreed to have a child with Saraa. This is because Saraa’s childhood memories of being vaginally penetrated by children, after her mother abandoned her at a neighbor’s home, were only triggered once Saraa became pregnant; pregnancy was, in Saraa’s mind, another instance of being penetrated by a child.)

Years after her pregnancy — and shortly after Troy finally managed to convince Saraa to enroll in deep trauma therapy, leading to her complex trauma diagnosis — Saraa texted Troy about a book dealing with pregnancy’s ability to trigger childhood sexual trauma:

Troy’s brief next describes the abusive escalations Saraa resumed in late-2018, after she stopped attending therapy sessions and Adult Children of Addicts meetings.

Troy’s brief explained the coercive effect of Saraa’s child abductions, escalations, violence, threats, and attempts to fraudulently weaponize the police:

That Saraa was completely aware of the dangers associated with her fraudulent attempts to weaponize the police is shown by her own Facebook posts, which include the following:

Saraa apologize profusely to Troy after her July 2019 weaponization of the police. She also committed to re-start therapy. However, she didn’t. By December 1, 2019, she was filmed attacking Troy while he held their daughter (a condensed version of that video is provided, plus the description of that video from Troy’s brief):

Troy’s brief then detailed the lies Saraa was forced to tell about exactly when Troy moved in with her in Westwood (after his false criminal charges were dismissed in Chicago). Since defeating Saraa’s litigation, Troy found conclusive proof that he had moved in with Saraa by mid-September 2019, as he testified. This proof, and Saraa’s perjury about the matter, are provided:

Weeks before Troy moved to Los Angeles to reunite with Tundra, Saraa messaged him about having more children (and the need for herself — not Troy — to get mental health treatment):

Since trial, Troy found one of his emails to Saraa and her delusion therapist: Troy describes Saraa’s eventual recognition that her actions were delusional — or else intentionally fraudulent and abusive, which seems more likely at this point); Saraa’s emailed reply does not dispute Troy’s claim about her own comment:

Unfortunately, Saraa stopped attending delusion therapy as soon as Troy reunited with Tundra in November 2020. Saraa then resumed her abuse, as described, for example, in this December 2020 email (Saraa never replied to or disputed this email’s claims in any way):

In late-December 2020, Saraa attempted to reign in her abuse long-enough so that she would not look absolutely insane asking Troy for more children. Saraa texted Troy the following message, together with a video of him playing with Tundra):

Troy had told Saraa many times that, to have more children with him, she would simply need to exhibit six consecutive months of psychological stability and non-abusive behavior. Unfortunately, Saraa could never manage this.

Troy’s brief goes on to describe Saraa’s early-2021 efforts to (1) force Troy to have more children with her, or else (2) frame Troy for the purposes of her mid-2021 litigation abuse:

Troy’s brief went on to describe Saraa’s many offers of visitation and custody even after her May 2, 2021, child abduction (which proved that her June 2, 2021, restraining order litigation was fraudulent).
